Thelina is a small family operated goat stud located in the beautiful West Tamar region of northern Tasmania. We breed Fullblood, 100% American genetics Nigerian Dwarf goats. We had the privilege of purchasing our foundation Nigerian Dwarf goats from First Fleet Dairy Goats and  Kirrasumm Kidz Miniature Goats.  

 

Here at Thelina we aim to produce Nigerian Dwarfs that are conformationally correct, productive dairy goats with outstanding temperaments. Our goats are bred to be valuable members of the family, that will milk well and be competitive in the show ring.

 

Since our first annual test in March 2020, we have maintained negative status for CAE and JD diseases. All our goats are DNA parentage verified to ensure purity of their genetics. Our foundation goats have all been tested clear for Myotonia or are verified clear by parentage.

 

Currently, Thelina Goats is a registered member of the Nigerian Dwarf Goat Society of Australia, the Dairy Goat Society of Australia and Australian Goat Breeders Inc.
